This conference — presented by the Department of Biomedical Informatics and Long Island Network for Clinical and Translational Science (LINCATS) — will be held on Thursday, October 19, at the Charles B. Wang Center from 8:30 am to 5 pm. It is open to Stony Brook University faculty, staff and students only.
While the overarching theme for this event is healthcare data analytics, the event is designed to provide all attendees with an understanding of the benefits of using available real-world data to guide decision-making in healthcare, increase expertise in healthcare data analysis and interpretation, and create an awareness of the various sources/interfaces available to help explore this data inside and outside of Stony Brook.
