Boat Trip for Stony Brook Southampton Students, Faculty & Staff October 10

RvpaumanokStudent Life at Stony Brook Southampton is partnering with the School of Health Professions and the School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences to host a free boat trip on Friday, October 10.

Sponsored by Southampton Strategic Initiatives Leadership, the trip will take place from 2 pm to 4 pm, and is open to Stony Brook Southampton students, faculty and staff. Participants will get the chance to explore the local environment, discover sea creatures and experience hands-on learning with SoMAS experts. Snacks and refreshments will be included.

The trip is open to the first 30 participants to sign up. Students are given priority for limited spots, then it will be open to faculty and staff who wish to attend.

Register online by 9 am Thursday, October 9.

All attendees will be asked to arrive at the Marine Sciences Station 15 minutes before the start of the event to ensure the boat can leave on time.
