Pridefest 2022June is Pride Month, and the Stony Brook University community is celebrating with a number of events on and off campus.

Summer Bonfire and Outdoor Movie
Thursday, June 13, 7:30-9:30 pm
In collaboration with LGBTQ* Services, the West area staff are hosting a Central Park Sunset Movie Night in the West Central Park space. There will be free food, including s’mores, popcorn, drinks and candy for all who attend. The West Central Park is the space behind West E Commons.

Annual Pride on the Farm
Saturday, June 15, 4-7 pm
Celebrate Pride this year once again with your friends and family at the Suffolk County Farm and Education Center in Yaphank. There will be farm animals, wagon rides around the fields, fun crafts, music and dancing, trivia, rainbow treats and more! Stony Brook Medicine will also provide educational resources for both youth and adults. This event is free and open to the public

Pride and Tie Dye
Monday, June 17, 3 pm
Join Chapin Apartments and the LGBTQ* Center to celebrate Pride Month with Pride and Tie Dye at the Stony Brook Union Patio. Supplies are limited, so feel free to bring items with you.

Pride Zumba
Monday, June 17, 4-5 pm
This collaboration with Campus Recreation and Wellness will take place at Studio 128 in the Walter J. Hawrys Campus  Recreation & Wellness Center.

2024 North Fork Pride Celebration 
Saturday, June 22, 12-5 pm, Greenport, NY
Stony Brook Medicine will be among the thousands celebrating Pride at the North Fork Pride Parade and Festival.

What’s the Queer Tea? On Anti-LGBTQ+ Legislation
Monday, June 24, 2-4 pm
Hosted by LGBTQ* Services, this event will be held at the Uniti Cultural Center Conference Room. Iced tea and hot tea will be available.

Patio Pride Party
Thursday, June 27, 4-6 pm
LGBTQ* Services and Campus Recreation and Wellness are hosting this celebration at the Uniti Cultural Center Patio. Included are lawn games, music, mocktails, refreshments and snacks.
