Explore and indulge in new foods at the various dining locations on campus with authentic, craveable and sustainable options. The Faculty Student Association (FSA) and CulinArt invite you to the reimagined Roth Food Court featuring three delicious new restaurant quality concepts — just a five minute walk from the Student Activities Center (SAC).
“The Faculty Student Association wants to welcome everyone back to campus and make sure that we are making their day better through all of the new menu options, outdoor dining, pop ups and the fast, easy and convenient mobile ordering available,” explains FSA Executive Director Van Sullivan.
Roth Food Court
Celebrity Chef Jet Tila’s Modern Asian Kitchen is a fast, fresh and flavorful quick-serve concept based on traditional Southeast Asian cuisine. This concept features rice and noodles, lean meats marinated in spicy and savory sauces and an infinite combination of crisp, fresh vegetables topped with tangy seasonings. Chef Jet highlights the Thai principle of yum — the magical point where hot, sour, salty and sweet collide for a perfectly balanced meal. Chef Jet will be coming to campus for a Grand Opening Celebration on September 22 with a special Teaching Kitchen, cooking competition and cookbook signing.
Tadka, Essence of India features traditional spices and ingredients from the five main regions of India with a menu that offers bold flavors and vegetarian meals. The authentic Indian cuisine offered at this concept includes an array of fresh vegetables, herbs and grains, providing a diverse menu of items and healthy options along the way. Menu favorites include Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Masala, Coconut Curry Fish, Samosa Chaat, Kathi Rolls and the Tadka Vegetable Plate, which offers two entrée options, a side and Basmati Rice and Naan Bread.
Mac & Cheesyology offers American comfort foods with custom creations that redefine mac and cheese. Build your own bowl and embrace your inner creativity with veggie add-ins, protein and pasta choices and specialty toppings and sauces.
Roth Food Court also offers Smash n’ Shake for delicious customizable burgers, garden or vegan burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, hot shaker fries, shakes and made-to-order omelets, Subway’s Eat Fresh Refresh menu and Starbucks, located in the lower level.
