Caring For Our Community Through The Hardest Of Times

31days2016Despite the uncertainty of life during a pandemic, the Stony Brook University campus community continued to demonstrate a generous and caring spirit in 2021. Thousands of hours were spent in community service and volunteer projects that improved the lives of others throughout Long Island.

Each year, the Community Relations office profiles a sampling of these stories in the 31 Days of Giving Back blog. Starting December 1, 2021, a different story will be shared at you.stonybrook.edu/31Days of the many ways Stony Brook impacts the community.

If your department has a story to share for consideration in this year’s roundup, please contact Assistant Vice President of Community Relations Joan Dickinson at Joan.Dickinson@stonybrook.edu.
