Stony Brook University’s award-winning college dining program is one of the largest in the country and was recently selected as one of Food Management’s 2022 College Power Players. The Faculty Student Association (FSA) encourages all Seawolves to explore and indulge in new foods at the various dining locations on campus with authentic, craveable and sustainable cuisines.
In its endless quest for new flavor combinations, this semester there is a lot to look forward to with inspiring cooking demonstrations from celebrated chefs, outdoor dining pop ups, local food trucks and expanded mobile ordering options. Be sure to try the best authentic foods throughout campus such as Tadka – Essence of India, Island Soul Caribbean, La Olla Latin Kitchen (at Urban Eats), Jasmine international food pavilion and Halal NY Middle Eastern cuisine.
The SAC Food Court has added new concepts, including Corner Deli made-to-order sandwiches and wraps and Sushi Do, in addition to Kickin’ Chickin signature chicken sandwiches and grill favorites, Seawolves Pizza, and stir-fry.
SAC Market now offers a Global Foods hot food bar, new hummus bowls at Craft Salads and Bowls, and grab and go beverages, snacks, breakfast sandwiches and entrées.
