    “Standing on the shoulders of giants” - Cheryl Chambers, Associate Dean of Students/Director of Multicultural Affairs. Each speaker during Saturday’s UNITI Cultural Center ribbon cutting ceremony highlighted the people before them who’ve helped make a difference in their lives and the generations of Seawolves after them. Through the hard work and dedication @stonybrookalum’s Black and Latino Network, elected officials @cheastie, @kimjeanpierre, Sarah Clark, Latoya Joyner, Steve Englebright, and #SBU administration, we were finally able to celebrate the opening of the newly renovated UCC.
