Stony Brook University senior accounting major Kiegh Dudley was recently interviewed by ValuePenguin, a company that provides high-quality resources to help consumers make informed financial decisions. ValuePenguin publishes weekly Q&A interviews that feature top students at different accounting programs around the country.
“Our program is so new that many firms are still not aware that Stony Brook has a CPA-track accounting program,” said Kiegh in the interview. “As a result, the faculty here has been working tirelessly to establish our brand and spread the word. I too have made it my personal mission to advocate for the accounting program we offer here. The true value of the program at Stony Brook is the faculty’s commitment to helping students bridge the gap between academia and the accounting profession. ”
