Alumni Represent SBU at the Palo Alto College Fair

Sbu recruits at college fair

College FairThree Stony Brook alumni shared their college experiences with potential SBU students at the Palo Alto College Fair on Monday, October 11, 2016. Stony Brook was one of 150 colleges represented at the fair, and the only SUNY school with representatives in attendance.

Michele Waisblatt ’73, Taylor Light ’15 and Shashi Agarwal, PhD ’79 — members of the Northern California Alumni Chapter of the Stony Brook University Alumni Association — were proud to have the opportunity to connect with high school students and their families, and to connect with one another while representing their alma mater.

“Working with Taylor and Michele at college fair was a great experience,” Agarwal said. “Lots of parents now know about Stony Brook!”
