SBU Graduate Programs Again Ranked Among Top in U.S.

According to U.S. News & World Report’s 2018 Best Graduate Schools, Stony Brook University is ranked one of the top 100 engineering schools in the country, and 14 of our graduate programs — including five in engineering — are also among the highest ranked in the nation. The 2018 edition features information and rankings in businesslaweducationengineeringmedicine and nursing, as well as specialty rankings within each graduate school discipline.

Stony Brook’s programs making the Top 100 list include:

The graduate U.S. News rankings are evaluated on factors such as employment rates for graduates, starting salary and standardized test scores of newly enrolled students. Because each graduate program is different, the rankings methodology varies across disciplines.
