Join Stony Brook University Hospital experts at the Melville Marriott Long Island as they share the latest information about many of the health topics that may concern you most: heart disease, migraines, breast health, obesity, constipation, diabetes, exercise, sleep disorders, plastic surgery and caregiving.

On Saturday, October 19, registration for Women’s Health Day begins at 8:30 am along with a continental breakfast. Three breakout sessions follow beginning at 9 am, 10 am and 11 am.

Following the morning health sessions, enjoy a buffet luncheon with celebrity keynote speaker Gail Sheehy, a journalist, lecturer and author of 15 books including Passages and Sex and the Seasoned Woman. Sheehy is known for breaking the taboo surrounding menopause; opening the dialogue about divorce, remarriage and living passionately in second adulthood; and changing the way men and women look at the various stages of their lives.

The registration fee is $25. Pre-registration is required; click here to pre-register. For more information, including a description of the sessions, visit the website or call (631) 444-4000.
