To kick off National Athletic Training Month this March, Stony Brook University’s Athletic Training Program is making a trip to New York City for NBC’s Today Show on Friday, February 28. The group has made an appearance on the show for the past two years, but this year they have invited all athletic training education programs from District 2 (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware) to join them at the Today Show Plaza.

“Our students, faculty and alum are excited about this opportunity to promote SBU and Athletic Training,” said Kathryn A. Koshansky, Chair of the Athletic Training Program in the School of Health Technology and Management. “They have made signs and will proudly be wearing red.”

Tune in to the Today Show this Friday on NBC from 7 am to 9 am and look for SBU.
