Students, Welcome to Spring Semester 2019

Opening weekend for the Spring 2019 semester kicks off on Saturday, January 26, as students move in to the residence halls. All new students are invited to Wolfie’s Welcome Dinner and are required to attend the New Student Convocation on Sunday, January 27. Classes start on Monday, January 28.

The Campus Recreation Center will be open all day on Saturday, closing at 12 am on Sunday. Be sure to check out all of the amenities you get as a Stony Brook student — plus intramural badminton, basketball and more. On Sunday the Bookstore will be open until 6 pm, so take advantage of the extra hours and get everything you need to start the semester.
