Storytelling through Recipe Books with Italian Historian Francesco D’Ausilio

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn about an original and multidisciplinary approach to Italian food history and culture. Francesco D’Ausilio, an Italian historian from Rome whose area of research is Italian food history and culture, will give a series of presentations on “Story Telling and Food History Through Recipes Books and Periodicals (1945-1990).”

The following series will take place at Stony Brook University’s Center for Italian Studies, Melville Memorial Library, Room E4340.
