The School of Journalism at Stony Brook University presents a talk with multi-award winning journalist Sandra Rodriguez Nieto on Thursday, February 27, at 8 pm in the Student Activities Center (SAC) Auditorium. The Latina journalist for El Diario risked her life covering political corruption and drug cartels in Juarez, one of the most dangerous cities in Mexico. Her talk is titled “Holding the Government Accountable.”
Tickets are available in the SAC box office; all are welcome.
