Everyone has a story to tell about the many ways the pandemic impacted their life. In an effort to become stronger together, we can reflect on the effect this past year and half has had on us.
Members of the Stony Brook University community are invited to share their stories with fellow colleagues by heading out of their offices and taking part in a 30-minute “walk and talk,” connecting and sharing experiences in an open space, to listen and be heard. Walks will be held on both west campus and at the Health Science Center on east campus.
Register now for one of three sessions on September 9, at 8:30 a.m., noon, or 5 p.m. Volunteers who want to be group leaders can apply on the registration form.
Participants will receive an official Healthier U lunch bag, and will be entered into a raffle drawing for a spa massage at Danford’s in Port Jefferson.
