Put Your Unused Meal Points to Good Use: Food Drive through May 10

At the end of every academic year, students scramble to do something with their extra meal points if they have any left on their plan. This year they do something great with those extra meal points.

The University Scholars Program is hosting a food drive from Wednesday, May 1 through Friday, May 10, where students can purchase canned or non-perishable goods from the Union Deli or Kelly Dining and place them in the Island Harvest donation bins at these locations. There will also be two bins located in the University Scholars’ front office (Library N-3071).

Students can either purchase canned or non-perishable items with their meal points or donate unopened food from their residence halls. All of the donations go to Island Harvest.

Help those in need by putting your meal points to good use!
