The Ombuds Office provides confidential and impartial assistance to staff, faculty and students by listening to their concerns, facilitating communication and conflict resolution, and offering information and referral. The Ombuds website includes a variety of resources on skill building, known as Quick Tips and includes a Library of recommended books.

HIGH CONFLICT BEHAVIOR – What Is It and What Can You Do About It
High conflict behavior creates unnecessary stress, effects team motivation and morale, and negatively impacts both individual and organizational performance. This workshop will describe high conflict thinking and high conflict behavior. Participants will learn and practice the BIFF response to high conflict behavior.
