Florence: Past and Present Lecture, February 28

Historian, writer and professor Christine Contrada will give a presentation on “Florence: Connecting Its Present to Its Past Through Popular History: Finding the Balance Between Its Renaissance Roots and Contemporary Reality” as part of the Center for Italian Studies Richard Nasti Lecture Series. She will also share her experience of living in Italy and writing articles for the English language news magazine, The Florentine.

The lecture will be held on Wednesday, February 28, at 4 pm in the Center for Italian Studies, Melville Library, Room E4340. All are invited to this free event.
