The Center for Dance, Movement, and Somatic Learning is offering dance and movement classes for the community starting the week of March 6. These classes, taught by university faculty, will meet once a week for nine weeks at a cost of $135 per course.
The Center, with its state-of-the-art studios, is located in the Nassau Building on Stony Brook’s South Campus. Classes are being offered in Latin dance (salsa, merengue, cha cha cha), flamenco, contemporary/modern dance, hip hop, vinyasa yoga, and adult ballet.
