April 22 Bike Fest to Raise Funds for Children’s Hospital and WUSB

Bike Fest 2017 will be held in the South P Lot on Saturday, April 22, from 11 am to 4 pm to raise funds for Stony Brook Children’s Hospital Child Life Services Fund and Stony Brook University’s non-commercial radio station, WUSB 90.1FM. WUSB will host the main stage, so come support these causes and enjoy music, free healthy snacks, multi-person bike rides, bike/helmet safety checks, face painting, and other games and activities.

Pre-register for Bike Fest and you will be entered into a drawing to win a new bicycle and some other healthy lifestyle and safety prizes.

bike festThe suggested donation at the event is $2 for students, $5 for community members, and $15 for families of four or more. Children 12 and under are free with one paying adult (please pre-register each person to be entered into the bike drawing).

This event is hosted by the Commuter Students Association and the Department of Student Engagement and Activities Office of Student Media.
