2. The Seawolves are present in the NFL! Will Tye, tight end for the New England Patriots, is the first player in Stony Brook history to play in the National Football League and the first one to go to the Super Bowl. Fellow NFL player and Stony Brook alumnus Victor Ochi is a linebacker for the Tennessee Titans, and the two teams met in the 2018 Divisional Playoffs.
