Kimberly Barnaby, DO, and Her Practice Join Stony Brook Medicine Physician Network in Babylon

STONY BROOK, NY, May 3, 2024 – Kimberly Barnaby, DO, and her practice have joined Stony Brook Medicine Community Medical Group, Stony Brook Medicine’s expanding network of community practices.

Dr. Barnaby is a board-certified family medicine physician committed to optimizing her patients’ physical and emotional well-being and building healthy communities.

“I am grateful to be aligned with Stony Brook Medicine, which has developed a dynamic approach to educating, empowering, and encouraging anyone associated with them to create positive change,” said Kimberly Barnaby, DO.

Dr. Barnaby provides comprehensive care and has a special interest in chronic disease management, preventive care, women’s health, behavioral health, nutrition, lifestyle management, and acute care.

Dr. Barnaby, who fosters open dialogue, works with her patients to create individualized care plans, including education, to promote self-management and improve outcomes. She is committed to equitable delivery of care and addressing social determinants of health. She is motivated to grow her practice in a way that redefines the concept of community.

Dr. Barnaby obtained her medical degree at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency training at NYU Long Island Community Hospital in Patchogue, New York.
