STONY BROOK, NY, July 21, 2016
  – More than 400 motorcycles with their riders and passengers — adding up to over 600 participants — took off from Stony Brook University Cancer Center on Sunday, July 17 for the Tenth Annual Sticky Finger Motorcycle Run.  This event helped to raise over $20,000, of which will support breast cancer services and programs at Stony Brook, adding to the upwards of $180,000 raised by past runs.

Hosted by 102.3 FM WBAB ‘Fingers’ and the Great South Bay Music Festival, the event kicked off with live rock ‘n’ roll with classic rock band, “TRAINWRECK.” Food trucks and vendors were on site at the Cancer Center and participants enjoyed free giveaways. Then everyone hit the road and headed south to the Great South Bay Music Festival held at Shorefront Park in Patchogue. Riders and their passengers then had the opportunity to listen to two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Fame legend Graham Nash and more than 15 other musical performances.
