More than 200 people attended the University Scholars Sandy Hook Benefit Concert on March 4 in the Tabler Center Black Box Theatre. The group raised $650 for the United Way’s Sandy Hook School Support Fund to provide assistance to those families affected by the tragic shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, this past December.

Anyone who was unable to attend the event, but would like to contribute, please e-mail Jeremy Marchese at jeremy.marchese@stonybrook.edu before Friday, March 15.
