Stony Brook Opera Brings La Bohème to Staller Center

The Stony Brook Opera will present Giacomo Puccini’s beloved La Bohème on Saturday, April 30, at 8 pm and Sunday, May 1, at 3 pm on the Main Stage at Staller Center.

The semi-staged concert performance is directed by Brenda Harris and features the Stony Brook Opera cast and chorus and the Stony Brook Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Timothy Long. The opera will be sung in Italian with projected titles in English. David Lawton will give a free pre-concert lecture one hour before each performance.
