bring back what aramark used to do, called changing scenes with these ethnic cuisines. have 4 different indian, carribean, latin, etc. and rotate between east side, west side, roth and maybe SAC. with Aramark it was mexican, indian, carribean(chef bobby was the best), and rotisserie. they rotated each week between Roth, Kelly, H/bennedic/campus connections, and bleacher club(old cafe in union).
