At East Side Dining, Urban Eats has incorporated the new concept “La Olla” into the menu to offer Dominican, Puerto Rican and other Latin American cuisines such as empanadas, pork carnitas, maduros and pollo guisado. Each week you can view the new menu options in the Nutrislice app.

bring back what aramark used to do, called changing scenes with these ethnic cuisines. have 4 different indian, carribean, latin, etc. and rotate between east side, west side, roth and maybe SAC. with Aramark it was mexican, indian, carribean(chef bobby was the best), and rotisserie. they rotated each week between Roth, Kelly, H/bennedic/campus connections, and bleacher club(old cafe in union).
