Fresh and Delicious New Dining Options Kick Off the Spring Semester

The Student Activities Center (SAC) Food Court transformed the grill station to “Kickin’ Chickin” with new chicken signature sandwiches! Taste what everyone is chirping about with the Nashville Hot ‘Wich — buttermilk fried chicken tossed in spicy sauce with lettuce, pickles and creamy coleslaw — and the Mozz Parm ‘Wich — buttermilk fried chicken, marinara sauce, pepperoncini and mozzarella sticks. Vegan and vegetarian sandwiches are made with the Gardein Ultimate Plant-based Chick’n Filet.

  • bring back what aramark used to do, called changing scenes with these ethnic cuisines. have 4 different indian, carribean, latin, etc. and rotate between east side, west side, roth and maybe SAC. with Aramark it was mexican, indian, carribean(chef bobby was the best), and rotisserie. they rotated each week between Roth, Kelly, H/bennedic/campus connections, and bleacher club(old cafe in union).
