Looking for some educational and fun summer camp experiences for your children? Check out the recently updated Neighbor’s Guide Camp information page. While some camps have chosen to cancel, others have either moved to a virtual platform or have updated their location and practices.
For example, while Campus Camps programs had to postpone their return to Stony Brook University, they are still offering summer camp in their Oakdale location for 2020. The camp will be open to children ages 3-15. The regular camp day runs from 9 am to 4 pm. Extended Care is also available from 7 am to 6 pm. Choose your days as well as your weeks; there is no minimum. Campus Camps is offering free transportation from the Stony Brook area, and SBU employees and alumni receive a 10% discount.
In addition, some camps are offering experiences in mathematics, coding, writing and computational linguistics.
