2. Explore a New Food Frontier
Look on the University menu and you’ll see that today’s “special” is “more” — more variety, more flavorful dishes, and more healthful menu options. Based on student feedback, the Faculty Student Association and CulinArt are bringing new menus and customization options to the table. Some of the offerings include an all-day egg and burrito station, cuisine from around the world, a coffee island, and a yogurt bar. Halal, kosher, and vegan are also among the many culinary options on campus. More goodies are on the way, including a Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins location, due to open in 2019.
