Human Resource Services has released guidance concerning the online daily employee electronic health self-screener. The message reads as follows:
Recently, essential employees who continuously remained on campus during the pandemic and those who are now returning to campus were notified of the campus requirement to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms each workday.
To facilitate this process, the University has developed an electronic Daily Health Self-Screener which must be accessed daily by cell phone or computer by all employees who report to work on campus.
Effective immediately, this electronic screener replaces the paper screener which is currently in use, however, those employees who do not have access to a mobile device or computer may continue to use the paper Daily Health Self-Screening Log.
Health information will only be accessible to the Health Information Line staff, comprised of healthcare professionals.
On behalf of the University we wish to thank you for your participation in efforts to support the well-being of our campus community.
