Human Resource Services has issued an update concerning employee health screening via the CampusClear app. The message reads as follows:
We’re excited to announce that the app students have been using for convenient daily health screening is now available for employees.
We have transitioned our employee Daily Health Self-Screening efforts from the Qualtrics screener platform to a more versatile application called CampusClear. The Employee CampusClear application offers greater flexibility as it can be downloaded to your mobile device as an app and accessed via your web browser.
Effective October 1, all State and RF employees on West Campus and within the HSC — which includes Graduate Assistants, Teaching Assistants, Research Assistants and Postdocs — are required to use CampusClear to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms when coming to their campus work site.
How to Access CampusClear
→ Website: To register and access the CampusClear screener application via a web browser, please visit: CampusClear Web App.
→ Mobile App: To download the CampusClear screener application to your mobile device, please visit: CampusClear Mobile App.
→ No Device? No problem! Employees who do not have access to a mobile device or computer may continue to use the paper Daily Health Self-Screening Log.

- Will this impact the SOLAR Supervisor Report? No, the COVID-19 SOLAR Supervisor report will continue to update as usual.
- I used the Qualtrics screener instead of the CampusClear app, does it still count? Yes, but going forward, all screening by employees must be completed via the employee version of CampusClear.
