Work by three graduate students of fine arts will be exhibited in the University Art Gallery in the Staller Center from Saturday, March 16, through Saturday, April 6. A reception honoring the artists will be held on Saturday, March 16, from 7 pm to 9 pm.

“MFA Thesis Exhibition 2013” includes paintings, photographs and mixed media installations by Andreas Rentsch, Nicole Robilotta and Ezra Thompson. All three artists are degree candidates in Stony Brook University’s Department of Art’s Master of Fine Arts program. The exhibition is accompanied by an eight-page catalog that includes reproductions of each artist’s work.

The University Art Gallery’s 2012-2013 exhibition schedule is made possible by a generous grant from the Paul W. Zuccaire Foundation. Additional support for the MFA exhibit has been provided by the Friends of Staller Center.

University Art Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, from 12 pm to 4 pm, and Saturday, from 7 pm to 9 pm. Additionally, the gallery will be open one hour before and during the intermission of the following Staller Center performances: Celtic Nights on Saturday, March 16; Hooray for Hollywood on Sunday, March 24; Scarlata and Kalish on Friday, April 5; and Dance Brazil on Saturday, April 6.

Admission is free. For more information, please call the University Art Gallery at (631) 632-7240.
