Annual Messiah Sing-Along at Staller Center December 6

Messiah PerformanceMembers of the Stony Brook University Orchestra, vocal soloists and conductors will perform Handel’s Messiah on Sunday, December 6, at 3 pm in the Recital Hall at Staller Center. Admission for this seasonal traditional concert is free. Vocal scores will be available for purchase at the door for $10. Choruses from Part One, Worthy is the Lamb/Amen and the Hallelujah Chorus will be sung by the audience.

Solo vocalists will include Anna Betka, soprano; Jina Nam, soprano; Heather Kopp, soprano; Kristin Starkey, mezzo-soprano; Erynn McLeod, mezzo-soprano; Joseph Schuessler, tenor; Joseph Han, baritone; Daniel Nwatu, baritone; and David John Davani, baritone. Conductors will include Michael Thomas Asmus, David John Davani, Susan Deaver and Gilberto Guarjardo.
