The Stony Brook Career Center’s “January Shadow Program” gives students the opportunity to spend one day in the workplace during January intersession, shadowing hosts across the country in their career field of interest. The program drew 260 applicants, with 40 students being placed in 12 companies for a shadow opportunity over winter break.
