The Stony Brook softball program is excited to launch a new partnership with Triton Bay Wealth Advisors, an independently owned financial consulting firm located in Patchogue, New York working to provide high net worth individuals with expert financial advice.
The partnership is highlighted by Triton Bay’s sponsorship of the 2018 Home Run Promotion which will see $100 donated back to the softball program for every home run hit by the Seawolves this season. Among the many benefits this donation will provide is special commemorative artwork for late Stony Brook softball player, Danni Kemp, who lost her battle with cancer last spring. The artwork has already been put up in the team locker room as a tribute to Danni’s memory.
“After hearing Danni’s story, I felt like her presence in and around this program is something that is really important to the girls and the coaching staff. really wanted to play a role in maintaining that presence,” says founder and president of Triton Bay, Louis Alfano.
“We cannot thank Lou and his family enough for their generous support and compassion for our program, Danni, her family and our student-athletes. This partnership is special and Lou’s spirit of giving touches us all,” said head coach Megan Bryant.
The Seawolves open up the 2018 season on Friday, February 23rd in Fort Myers, Florida.
