In the 2015 U.S.News & World Report’s “Best Graduate Schools,” Stony Brook University School of Medicine increased in ranking to 56th overall. The annual rankings reflect data from surveys of more than 1,500 schools and more than 12,000 graduate programs.
As an academic medical center that attracts educators and students with the desire and ability to provide and receive the highest quality, innovative education, we take great pride in the recognition of Stony Brook University’s School of Medicine in the recent publication of the 2015 U.S.News & World Report’s “Best Graduate Schools.” Designated as one of the highest ranked programs in graduate education in the nation, Stony Brook University School of Medicine increased in ranking this year to 56th overall. (The School of Engineering is ranked 69th overall, while the top-ranked graduate program for Stony Brook continues to be Physics, which is ranked 23rd.) The annual rankings focus on programs in business, education, engineering, law and medicine, and reflect data from surveys of more than 1,500 schools and more than 12,000 graduate programs.
