Stony Brook alumna Christine Goerke ’94, regarded as one of opera’s greatest dramatic sopranos by the Metropolitan Opera, sings an excerpt from Turandot’s aria from Act II of Puccini’s “Turandot.”  She is one of three acclaimed sopranos to take on the title role of the proud princess of ancient China, whose riddles doom every suitor who seeks her hand. Christine Goerke was also featured in the August 2014 issue of SBUMagazine online.
